Mancan is currently looking for a Foreman for a Mansfield area company.

Mancan has an excellent opportunity for an experienced and qualified foreman. We are looking for someone that is self-motivated, self-managed, and works well as a team player and is able to earn the respect of the employees.

Expectations:
Help plan and schedule production
Manage safety
Manage productivity
Oversee cycle counting
Help with some raw material orders
Lead and direct personnel in a fast paced environment
Train and motivate, as well as perform other customary functions of supervision.

Experience required: Manufacturing/Production, leadership, communication, computer, dealing with pressure and problem solving.

Specifics of operation:
Manufacturing of livestock trailers, equipment trailers, hydraulic dump trailers, flatbed trailers and steel and aluminum truck bodies.

Equipment used in operation:
Shears, press breaks, band saws, computer plasma table, iron worker, punch press, welders, crane and forklifts.

Processes involved:

Cutting Department:
Process raw material by cutting, shaping and bending and delivering steel and aluminum parts to welding department.

Welding Department:
Assemble processed parts into product

Paint Department:
Prep product buy washing, caulking, chipping, sanding and painting steel units

Finish Department:
Wire units
Install wood decking
Plumb hydraulic units
Install tires
Finish process by adding logos, safety stickers
Inspection of product for quality control
Starting pay is $50,000 to $60,000 a year depending on experience!!

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
