The PC Technician will be installing new hardware such as computers, printers, and peripherals (Mouses, Keyboards, Printers, Webcams, etc). They will have an assigned route to cover in the area so they MUST have reliable vehicle (mileage is reimbursed). There is 2 days of training in Bloomington, IL which is mandatory but we will cover airfare and hotel costs.
Responsibilities
Install computers, printers, peripherals (keyboards, printers, webcams, etc)
Answer questions from users
Troubleshoot any IT related issues
Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through communicating plan, progress, and issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
Available to start immediately
IT related experience
Reliable vehicle to travel to various locations
Techs will need a credit card. There are times when a hotel is needed. In those cases, we will book the hotel. But the installer will need a credit card to pay for it until it is expensed and reimbursed. Also, meals are reimbursed per day for overnight stays BUT receipts must be provided for all meals.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
