Hiring Residential Shift Supervisor at Abraxas Ohio, a residential treatment center designed specifically for adolescent male teens struggling with behavioral health, trauma, substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
We help teens learn a healthy way to handle the daily challenges of their lives.
Residential Shift Supervisors are part of a multi-disciplinary team offering residential intervention that focuses on trauma informed care, targeted and individualized clinical services, and life skills.
As a Residential Shift Supervisor you will:
Supervise team members to offer adolescents a safe place to live, bring positive and progressive change to the kids' behavior and outlook.
Play a vital role in the assessment and treatment of the teens in support of treatment plans, helping each teen to heal from the past and begin a hopeful future.
Provide direct supervision of kids, as needed, and oversee day to day activities.
A Residential Shift Supervisor Requires:
High school diploma/GED; Bachelor's preferred At least two (2) years of experience working with children and families, preferably in the child welfare industry Residential Shift Supervisor

Job Requirements REQUIRED MINIMUM
Qualifications:
At least 21 years of age.
Ability to utilize a team concept of supervision.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Pass Background and Drug Screening PREFERRED:
Bachelors Degree in a human service field with three years of related experience, Recommended Skills Behavioral Medicine Case Management Clinical Works Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Communication Community Mental Health Services Apply to this job.
