is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our busy, downtown Mansfield office.
Administrative Assistants are responsible for providing general clerical and office support to the Firm's Administrative department and professional staff, and working with the Firm to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.
Job Responsibilities To support the Firm's mission and values by exhibiting the following behaviors:
accountability, collaboration, excellence, and innovation Become familiar with the Firm's policies and procedures Perform the following administrative duties:
Office support - Some examples includeordering supplies, maintaining common areas, handling FedEx shipments and other mail, greeting clients and guests, answering the main phone line, and arranging busy season and other deadline meals Complete various file maintenance and set up Help manage the flow of projects, particularly during busy season and other filing deadlines - Some examples include handling filing and scanning, processing tax returns, and assisting with client phone calls where possible Organize and schedule activities such as meetings, travel, etc.
- Some examples include breaking down and setting up conference rooms for meetings, assembling materials for presentations and training sessions, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned Job Qualifications 1-3 years of administrative experience within a professional setting (preferred) Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to quickly learn and master various technology platforms The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information The ability to interact with clients and employees of all levels of the Firm The ability to be organized and prioritize competing tasks while working in a deadline driven environment The systems you may use during the course of performing your duties are as follows - While we don't require experience of any of these, any experience is considered a plus Ultra Tax, SurePrep, SafeSend, QuickBooks, Practice, GoSystem, Go File Room, CaseWare Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
