System & Network Security o Maintain current inventory of campus hardware Manage security solutions/technologies for Kehoe and software portfolio & licensing and ensure and main campuses adherence to all software licenses and End User In collaboration with the Network Administrator License Agreements.

resolve campus service requests SharePoint and more o Support all end user PC's/Laptops, printers Conduct R&D and provide recommendations on (including large format MFP's), peripherals, A/V emerging technologies related to potential hardware/software, telecom, academic hardware and software solutions, network, and technology, account issues & password resets, etc.
academic technology to support NC State strategic o Resolve telephone service requests & open tickets goals for all major phone repairs to service provider and Occasional project management for refresh, follow up to ensure problem is repaired/resolved continuous improvement, and new initiatives for o Provide training to end users on student, College wide IT systems and solutions administrative & academic IT systems and Other duties as assigned software o Provide mobile device support i.
