Responsibilities:
Preparing recievables reports Reconcile petty cash Scanning of business documents for archiving Capture and post deals into accounting Stock vehicles into inventory Process and post daily accounting for Parts and Service Working with and providing coverage for other office duties as needed Prepare accounts recievable statements and spreadsheets Initial screening of canidates Assist with titling duties Backup to receptionist for incoming phone calls Assist with setups/ onboarding for new hires Responding to questions and requests for information Professional appearance Other duties as needed REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Previous A/R experience Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information Excellent communication skills Strong customer service skills Job Type:
