Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Assist with project coordination and tracking - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports - Maintain filing systems and organize documents - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries - Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite 365 - Experience working in a office setting is a plus - Strong clerical skills with attention to detail - Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly - Professional business casual attire and appearance required.
