Provide continuous information systems support to bank personnel to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity, and quality of product and service delivery to customers.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned commensurate with the candidate?s experience and training.
? Manage the Information Systems help desk functions by prioritizing, tracking, documenting, and actively resolving end-user help requests in a timely manner.
Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex PC and network problems.
Recommend and implement corrective hardware solutions as necessary.
Perform post-resolution follow-up to ensure corrective actions are satisfactory.
? Performs hands-on fixes at the desktop and network level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, implementing file backups, configuring systems and applications, and installing anti-virus software.
? Support effective and prudent change management practices.
? Deliver exceptional customer service.
? Perform preventative maintenance, including checking and cleaning of workstations, printers, and peripherals.
? Perform daily maintenance of systems hardware and related equipment.
? Maintain an inventory of all monitors, hard drives, printers, scanners and other peripheral equipment.
Monitor and test PC performance and provide performance statistics and reports.
? Dispose of hardware in a timely manner and according to the Bank?s disposal policy.
? Maintain documentation (e.

, workstation configuration guides, procedures).
? Provide telephone system support relating to networking and connectivity issues.
? Train employees in new software applications or related systems and assist employees with existing software applications.
? Manage security settings and access permissions for groups or individuals.
? Review daily, weekly, and monthly reports (e.

? Assist in after-hours maintenance and disaster recovery testing.
? Participate in department related meetings (e.

, IT Strategic Planning Committee), and document minutes when requested.
