Effectively and courteously provide technical support to customers through phone interactions, email, and also face-to-face Take ownership of problems and see them to resolution Support of a very wide variety of cloud services, e.
g.
, remote desktop, active directory, MDM, servers, group policies, etc.
Diagnose and repair PC issues.

Qualifications:
Experience working in a Managed Service Provider environment strongly preferred Excellent written and verbal skills with an aptitude for documentation Excellent problem solving skills Superior customer relations skills Advanced knowledge of desktop systems and/or various software applications and proficiency in networking Familiarity with standard IT concepts, practices, and procedures.
CompTIA Certifications preferred.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs Must have reliable means of transportation Must be able to pass background check Must be able to pass drug screening
