As an IT Support Specialist your responsibilities will include:
Troubleshooting end-user workstations and related hardware and related software (scan guns, label printers, laptops, tablets, etc) Diagnosing complex hardware and software problems and implement corrective solutions Taking active role in IT documentation as it relates to the support team Being an active role in our imaging process and equipment deployment Assisting in managing system changes and rollouts as it affects the end user Working with contracted third-party IT vendors that provide equipment and end-user support.
