com Deca Manufacturing is a growing manufacturer of custom electronics known as wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
We build products for many exciting customers and strive to provide a comfortable, family-style work environment.
Weekly Paychecks On a day-to-day basis the Production Associate will use various light production methods and equipment to build our products within our climate controlled plant that is kept at 70F all year round thanks to our energy efficient geothermal heating and cooling system.
Production does require precision and adherence to measured specifications at a productive pace.
We offer a steady 40 hour week, M-F 6:
30AM-3PM, no weekends, and major holidays paid.
Although many positions can be done while sitting we have a need for employees who are able to stand while performing production duties.
After settling into your initial responsibilities, we will cross-train you for a number of more advanced operations that will lead to pay raises.
Note:
soldering and harness building experience is a plus, if you have experience with soldering and/or related IPC specialist certifications please highlight this in your application.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
