The CSR, will act as a liaison, between the customer and our production team.
They provide product/services information, estimates, and project updates.
The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers.
They're patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialists.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Maintain customer relations Learn and use PrintSmith, our client management systems to create estimates, order entry, invoicing, etc.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Communicate with production management to help schedule projects.
Skills Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Experience in printing is helpful but not necessary for the person who is willing to learn Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Attention to details and follow through Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different situations Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Job Type:
