Assistant Manager of Operations

Mansfield, OH Mansfield, OH Full-time Full-time $55 a day $55 a day This position requires 75% travel until training is complete.
Candidates must be willing to travel for training to various training centers within the ImmunoTek fleet.
Travel is arranged and paid for by ImmunoTek Bio Centers, LLC on behalf of the employee throughout the training.
ImmunoTek will also provide a daily meal per diem rate of $55 a day.
Per Diem will be paid to the candidate each week of travel until training is complete.
Note:
Training cycles between one (1) week remote from home and two (2) weeks travel, repeating until training is completed.
Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties Responsible for all aspects of the donor center in the absence of the Director of Center Operations Center Responsible to be proficient in all areas of the donor collection process.
Ensures compliance with all federal, state, local, and company-specific rules, regulations, and practices related to the quality and safety of products, donors, and employee Work with center leadership to develop action plans to maximize center efficiency Responsible for all personnel functions including hiring, assignment and direction of work, development and training, disciplinary actions and termination, and the maintenance of all personnel records Determine the adequacy and adjust inventory levels of all goods and supplies necessary for the operation of the donor center Construct and submit timely and accurate reports on a daily/weekly/monthly or as required basis Collaborate with the training department to ensure that staff training is facilitated and training goals are met Develop and implement active donor recruitment advertising campaigns to improve production levels Manage and develop talent within the donor center.
Participates in the selection of new staff for the donor center Participate in the interviewing of center staff and assists in the selection of center staff Work collaboratively with staff, peers, and management to achieve business goals.
Communicate continuously and resolves conflicts proactively Provide timely feedback on performance and initiates disciplinary action when necessary Participate in the evaluation and review of center staff Direct and monitor the performance of outside vendors Learn and maintain thorough familiarity and compliance with all state and federal regulations, Standard Operating Procedure Manual, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA), Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), and internal Company Procedures Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with donors, fellow employees, and vendors Other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience including one (1) year experience in a supervisory position, preferably in a regulated industry or; Associate's Degree in Science or Business Management Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Must have above average problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency with computers Must have explicit attention to detail Must have excellent analytical skills, organization skills, and follow-up Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, and procedure and technical manuals Ability to interpret a wide variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables Physical Requirements Use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear Frequent leaning, bending, stooping, crouching, and reaching above the shoulders and below the knee Manual dexterity to perform all phases of donor plasmapheresis Ability to make and analyze a physical assessment of heart, lung sounds, signs of drug use, etc Ability to stand for extended periods of time for up to four (4) hours at a time Ability to lift, tug, pull up to fifty (50) pounds Work Environment Typical work environment with moderate noise level May be exposed to freezing temperatures for short periods of time Occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens Disclaimer This job description is construed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
