Applicants must have strong interpersonal skills, upbeat personality and excellent work ethics.
Primary responsibility will require the highest level of effectiveness in quality repairs throughout the repair process.
Basic Requirements :
Previous experience in a Dealership or Independent environment of an automotive parts industry.
Excellent organization.
Clear written and oral communication skills.
Ability to adapt to and utilize dealership systems.
Primary Responsibilities :
Assist dealership personnel and retail customers with parts inquiries.
Utilize parts catalog to verify correct parts needed.
Fill and invoice parts orders.
Work effectively with co-workers, advisors and insurance companies and their policies.
Process replenishment orders.
Check in and stock incoming parts orders Other duties as needed.
