Under general supervision, the Substance use disorder Case Manager assists with providing assessment, treatment planning, group counseling and facilitating linkages to internal and community resources.
Required:
Associates degree in behavioral health or related field with a minimum of two years of experience in the SUD field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
